How do I use my sleeve?

Our dual purpose performance/recovery sleeve has multiple uses.

To achieve ice cold compression therapy, store your sleeve inside its insulated carry bag inside the freezer for 2-3 hours prior to use.

To achieve heat compression therapy simply remove your sleeve from its insulated carry bag and place into microwave for increments of 10 seconds to achieve desired temperature.

Alternatively, for performance compression use simply store your sleevefit inside the insulated carry bag and take out when required.

Where is it shipped from?

All of our Recovery Sleeves are shipped directly from our Melbourne Warehouse. You can expect your order to be delivered within 1-8 business days.

Our recovery range is located in a third-party fulfilment centre. What does this mean?
It means you will receive a secondary tracking link for these products.

Please be patient as both fulfilment centres are doing their best to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiency as they can.

How does Shipping and Delivery work?

Unlike our competitors we offer Fast shipping directly from our warehouse here in Victoria.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Recovery Sleeve and package it ready for delivery. Please allow 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow along.

Please allow 2-4 business days within VIC and allow 2-8 business days outside of VIC.

Please note* All shipping time frames are estimates provided by AusPost.

How do I track my order?

After we pass your order to Australia Post for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a 'Track Order' button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates.

Can I change my shipping address?

Oops, Recovery Sleeve not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided you order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don't panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

Please note* We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Our awesome SleeveFits are currently a one size fits most design. This design is ideal for those 14 years and above for the perfect fit. Please see below for further details of our sizing! All our SleeveFits are made individually with love so there may be a slight variation per Sleeve.

Small:23cm - 31cm
Medium:32cm - 40cm
Large:41cm - 50 cm

Care Instructions

We recommend air drying your Sleeve, or a light antibacterial wipe. As your Sleeve's are made from antibacterial energy transfer gel that is 100% leakproof and non-toxic which may get damaged in the washing machine or dish washer.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

You betcha! Our Recovery Sleeve's are available for wholesale and bulk discounts. Please contact our support team to receive all our options here!

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order.

However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2.Item(s) were not marked ''Final Sale'' or ''Non-Returnable'' at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes branded storage bag, seams are not broken and fabric has no evidence of wear.

You will be asked to provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can access the condition.

If the return is due to change of mind, we will refund the product to 100% of its value, but you will be required to cover the return fee.

Please note* If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

Can I exchange my Sleeve for another size?

Yes! You have within 30 days after delivery/receiving your order to request an exchange. As long as the item you wish to exchange for is priced lower os of the same price as your original purchase.

We will provide your own Free Return Label too.

To qualify for the exchange, the original item purchased should be in like new condition and be placed in the packaging it came in.

Please note* All products purchased via limited-time sale events (Black Friday, clearance etc) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We're sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. It will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.

Help, I think my order is lost/ hasn’t been received?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quotes us 2-8 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

*Please note: Once we pass your SleeveFit order to Australia Post, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

How do I use a discount code?

Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your SleeveFit order? We offer Afterpay and ZipPay payment plans for Australian customers only.

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, the SleeveFit  team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

I need to change or cancel my order!

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment centre you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

How is my Recovery Sleeve packaged?

Your Recovery Sleeve is packed in our custom designed re-usable zip lock storage bags!

These storage bags have been designed here in Australia and are perfect to storing your Recovery Sleeve while you perform. Simply place your recovery sleeve inside the storage bag and let it cool down before use!

How long does it stay cold for?

Our amazing design team have ensured your Sleeve stays cold for doctor recommended 15 - 30 minutes at a time, this duration is ideal for hot/cold recovery.

This time frame is to protect your skin from getting damaged by ice burns.

How long should I freeze my Sleeve?

We recommend placing your Sleeve inside the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

However, you could also place them inside your freezer for as long as you like and just take them out when you need. Don't forget to use our resealable insulated storage bag to ensure your sleeve is not damaged.

Please note* Do not close the storage bag.

Can I Heat my Sleeve?

Yes!

Your Sleeve can be heated by simply placing in the microwave for 1 minute and you're all set for heat therapy.

What are the Compression Sleeves made from?

The inside membrane of your Sleeve is made from Specialised antibacterial energy transfer hydrogel that is 100% leakproof and non-toxic.

The fabric we used is multi stretch form fabric, which is lush, soft and breathable. Similar to other luxury activewear brands!
