1. Unpack & Prepare Your Sleeve

Unpack your SleeveFit Compression Sleeve and place it inside Freezer or Microwave for either Cold or Heat Therapy.

2. Heat Your Sleeve

Place your Sleeve inside the Micrwave and heat on with 30 second intervals until your desired temperature.

3. Freeze Your Sleeve

Place your Sleeve inside your insulated Carry bag (Zip Lock Open) for a minimum 3 hours before applying Ice Therapy.

4. Slide Sleeve On

Take out your Hot/Cold Sleeve and place it on your desired area for either Cold or Hot Therapy.

5. Experience The Recovery

Spend the next 15-20 minutes accelerating your recovery with convenience and comfort.

6. Wipe & Go Again!

How does Shipping and Delivery work?

Unlike our competitors we offer Fast shipping directly from our warehouse here in Victoria.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Recovery Sleeve and package it ready for delivery. Please allow 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow along.

Please allow 2-4 business days within VIC and allow 2-8 business days outside of VIC.

Please note* All shipping time frames are estimates provided by AusPost.

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order.

However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2.Item(s) were not marked ''Final Sale'' or ''Non-Returnable'' at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes branded storage bag, seams are not broken and fabric has no evidence of wear.

You will be asked to provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can access the condition.
